Jeremy Wayne Bata

Jeremy Wayne Bata, 47, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, January 14, 2023. A celebration of his life will be held on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Central Baptist Church, 1120 Lake Joy Road, Warner Robins, GA. The family will greet friends from 1:00 p.m. to service time at the church. Burial will be in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery with Dr. Chris Winford officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to donor’s favorite charity in memory of Jeremy.

Jeremy was born in Rockledge, Florida to the late Joyce Ann Arbuckle Bata. He was a graduate of Georgia College and was employed as an Integration Engineer with Latric Systems. Jeremy and his family attended Central Baptist Church in Warner Robins. He was a deeply devoted and loving husband, daddy and friend to everyone. He was known for being gentle, soft spoken, witty and most of all loving deeply.

Words cannot express Jeremy’s deep love and devotion for his family. His world revolved around spending quality time with family and giving all of himself he could. One of his most favorite past times was cheering for his kids at their soccer games as he was their biggest fan and supporter. He offered love, support, godly council and wisdom that can never be replaced. Jeremy’s family of five had a very special bond that cannot be expressed.

He is survived by his wife of twenty three years, Dawn Cavender Bata, children, Meredith, Sophia and Pierce Bata, father, Steven Bata, father-in-law and mother-in-law, William and Vicki Cavender, aunt, Janice Bloomer, uncles, Robert Arbuckle and Dennis Arbuckle, and cousin that he loved like a sister, Chrissie Staton. Jeremy was very close to his wife’s family including aunts, uncles, cousins, niece, nephew and his brother and sister-in-law.
