Mr. Wall was born in Statham, Georgia and was preceded in death by his wife, Emily Day Wall. He served in the United States Army where he earned a Good Conduct Medal and European African Middle Eastern Campaign Medal. Mr. Wall worked for Norfolk Southern as a mail bus driver and was a member of Lakeside Community Church. He was a Mason and enjoyed fishing.
Survivors include his caregiver and longtime friend, Wanda Jane Kendrick; several cousins; a niece and a nephew.
