John H. Wilkes

John was born in Macon, Georgia to the late William Franklin Wilkes and Mary Bell Wilkes. He was a proud veteran of The United States Navy and served two terms during WWII. John was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Horton Wilkes; son, Ronald W. Wilkes; grandson, John M. Wilkes; and granddaughter, Brandee Johnson.

Survivors include his children, Michael Wilkes, Eric (Diane) Wilkes and Cheryl (Tommy) McLendon; four grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
