“To those I leave behind. Through life, I have encountered many things – good and bad times, sad and happy times. Life has been busy but never too busy to worship my Lord and enjoy my family, friends and my yard. Each of you is very special, and I have told you many times “I love you”. As I leave to be with Woody, please hold on to the memories of the times we have had together, and I will see you another time in heaven. Perhaps my time seemed all too brief. Don’t lengthen it now with undue grief. Lift up your hearts and share with me. God wanted me now; he set me free. To my church Pastor, friends and family; you have also helped make my life a good one, and I leave you with love.”
