Macon – June Sailers Flockton passed away, Sunday, May 27, 2012. Memorial service will be held at 1:00pm, Sunday, June 3, 2012 at First Evangelical Church on Fulton Mill Rd. Burial will be private. Rev. Tim Long will be officiating.
Mrs. Flockton was born in Nicholson GA to the late George Washington Sailers and Lona Bell Pace, and was the widow of Ernest Flockton. She was a member of First Evangelical Church, and worked as a book keeper at Christ Church.
Survivors include her son, Carl Powell; nieces and nephews, George Sailers, Bill Sailers, Diane Wiseman, Jean Fargason, Charles Pritchard, Greg Pritchard, Bob Pritchard, and Diane Pritchard Eder; sister-in-law, Eustice Sailers; and numerous great nieces and nephews.
