Born in Macon, he was the son of the late Virgil Toole and Yvonne Webb Toole. He was the husband of the late Melissa Kim Collins Toole.
Mr. Toole was a retired captain with the Macon Bibb County Fire Department with over 35 years of service. He loved sports and any sports his sons participated in.
He is survived by his sons, John Toole and Jody Toole; Granddaughter, Aria Toole, Sister, Brenda Merritt (Gee) and several nieces and nephews.
Snows Memorial Chapel at Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
