Linda Sue Fletcher Richardson, 77, of Macon, Georgia passed away Wednesday, May 29, 2024. Funeral services will be held Sunday, June 2, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of Snows at Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. Reverend Paul Dziadul will officiate. Burial will follow in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will have a time of visitation on Sunday, June 2, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. till 3:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
Born in Moultrie, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late James Crawford Fletcher Jr. and Juanita Gladys Wisham Fletcher. She was member of the Shurlington Baptist Church, where she was the church organist for a time. She found great joy in spending time with her two grandchildren Dylan, Tate, and great grandchildren, She was a caretaker for her parents and sibling. She loved playing the piano and teaching her children how to play as well.
Mrs. Richardson was also preceded in death by her siblings, Joyce Jones, Sheryl McDavid and Jimmy Wisham.
She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Robert Freeman Richardson Sr. Children, Vickie Richardson, Bob Richardson, and Rebecca Richardson(Larry E. Ford Jr) Grandchildren, Dylan Jacob Byrd, and Tate Crawford Richardson; Great Grandchildren, Fraya Byrd, Kevin Byrd, and Kacey Byrd. Sister, Jackie Faye Peacock.
