Lisa M. Thomaston

Lisa Moore Thomaston, 57, passed away on Friday, July 17, 2015 at her residence. A Celebration of her life will be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home with Dr. Otis Andrews officiating. The family will greet friends on Monday, July 20, 2015 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. Flowers are accepted or donations may be made to the American Heart Association, 5962 Zebulon Road, PMB 359, Macon GA 31210.

Lisa was born in Macon, Georgia to the late Bobby Eugene Moore, Sr. and Nancy Cecilann Howard. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, James L. and Evelyn Bates Moore, Sr. and a son, Chris Thomaston. Lisa was retired from Georgia Farm Bureau Insurance and was a member of Glenwood Hills Baptist Church. She was very involved with Relay for Life and was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt.

She is survived by her husband, Willie B. Thomaston of Macon, daughter, Amy Moore Key (Brandon) of Macon, son, Brad Thomaston (Heather) of Macon, daughter, Dina Cowart of Gray, grandchildren, Wesley and Gracey Key of Macon, two sisters, Denise Givens (Joey) of Macon, Lynn Arnold (Gerald) of Macon, brother, Bobby Moore, Jr. (Anita) of NC, aunt, Charlotte Willis (Jack) of Bolingbroke, and numerous nieces and nephews.
