Margaret I. Kitchens, 89, passed away on Friday, January 6, 2023. A celebration of her life will be held on Sunday, January 8, 2023 at 3:30 p.m. in the chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. Burial will be in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery with the Rev. Phil Anderson officiating. The family will greet friends from 3:00 p.m. to service time at the funeral home.
Margaret was born in Macon, Georgia to the late Shelton and Irene Kitchens. She was preceded in death by her brother, John G. Kitchens. She graduated from A.L. Miller High School. She was retired from Robins Air Force Base as an accounting supervisor. She was a charter member of Northway Church.
She is survived by her nieces, Jennifer Burke and Michele Kimbro, and cousins, Mazie Skinner, Martha Williams and Mary Ann Kitchens.
