To the family sorry for your loss...praying for your strength. Mrs. Mildred gave me and my sister our very first job we worked at the Dairy Queen on Gray Highway. She was such a joy and inspiration to work for.

Dearest Jason Simmons and the Simmons/Fitzgibbons family,

I am just reading of your mother's passing. I am so sorry to learn of this. Your mother was an elegant woman, kind and loving. She also was a hard worker. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. The world is a better place because your mother lived among us. We are better people for having known her. May the angels lead her into paradise and take her to the holy city. Rest in peace, dear one. Your work is done.

She loved all her family and talked about yall alot. She was so proud of your accomplishments. Now she is with angles and I'm sure she is smiling down. As the mother of one of my closest friends, Gregg Fitzgibbons, I was privileged to have known this amazing lady. She was a generous loving mother who worked tirelessly to support and provide for her family. A successful business owner, Mildred was able to balance her franchise responsibilities with the ever challenging duties of raising her kids and grandchildren. She made you feel special about yourself and was always willing to help anyone in need. Her memories will live eternally in the lives of those who knew her and her legacy will forever continue to shape our lives in the years ahead. This was a life well lived. Rest peacefully Mildred. We love you!
