Macon – Miriam Gale Williams passed away May 28, 2011. Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Tuesday May 31, 2011 in the chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Monday May 30 2011 at the funeral home.
Mrs. Williams was born in Macon to the late Rev. C.P. Meadows and Doris Chapman Meadows. She was a graduate of Mercer University and was a Registered Nurse with the Macon Hospital.
Survivors include her husband of 25 years Robert Williams; four children, William Story, Jr., Robert Story, Dawn Story Balkcom, and Tony Story; sister, Bonnie Humphrey; twelve grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
