Nancy Lena Whitley, 86 of Macon, Georgia passed away Tuesday, May 26, 2026. Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 28, 2026 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Snows at Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. Pastor Phil Skelton will officiate. The family will have a time of visitation on Thursday, May 28, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. till service time in the funeral home.
Born in Newport, Rhode Island, she was the daughter of the late Fernandez Oliviera and Lena Bodelho Oliviera. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Jarvis Whitley and her son, Jan Mason Oxford.
She attended Lawrence Drive Baptist Church and was a homemaker.
She is survived by her sons, Steven Oxford (Traci), and David W. Oxford (Jeanie), Eight grandchildren, and one great grandchild; siblings, Bobby Johnson, Chuckie Gilmore and Barbara Gilmore.
Snows at Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
