Born in Macon, Georgia, Ronnie was the son of the late Barney Lewis and Myrtice Suddeth Watts. He was preceded in death by his brother, Barney Watts, Jr.
Ronnie was a faithful member of Gospel Tabernacle and retired from the Hilton Garden Inn. He found joy in the simple pleasures of life, especially spending time outdoors and fishing. Above all, Ronnie cherished his family. He was a devoted and loving father, grandfather, brother, and uncle whose love for his family was an important part of his life. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
Left to cherish his memory are his children, Ronald “Joseph” (Sam) Watts of Lizella, April Watts of Lizella, Kristen (Kyle) Palmer of Lizella, and Faren (Brandi) Watts of Gray; his grandchildren, Jayden Beckham, Jayden Watts, Aydrian Daniely, Elijah Sapp, Sara Saunders, Phillip Saunders, Daniel Watts, Kaleb Kimball, Eli and Mason Sheppard; his sister, Sharon (Wendell) Carroll; his brother, Kenneth Watts; nephews, David, Joel, and Joshua; niece, Lyn; aunt, Mary (Charles) Brown and several cousins.
Though Ronnie will be deeply missed, his family and friends can find comfort in the love he shared, the memories he created, and the promise of eternal life with his Lord and Savior.
Snow’s @ Macon Memorial Park has charge of the arrangements.
