Sharon Harrison Bennett, 83, passed away on Sunday, August 17, 2025. A memorial service will be held on September 5, 2025 at Ingleside Baptist Church at 11:00 am. The family will greet friends an hour prior, beginning at 10:00 am.
Sharon was born in Boone, North Carolina to the late Douglas and Eula Wheeler Harrison, She retired as a legal secretary with Adams and Hemingway.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Richard A. Bennett of Macon, two sons, Scott (Kim) Bennett of Dunwoody, GA, Kevin (Marie) Bennett of Barnesville, GA, daughter, Constance Grant of Salisbury, NC, eight grandchildren, one great grandson, and sister, Mary Ellen Bennett of Stephenville, TX.
