Steven Mark Humphrey, 58, passed away Sunday, November 22, 2015 at his residence. Steven was born in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Charles and Barbara Phillips Humphrey. He was a countertop fabricator with Mid State Solid Surface.
Survivors include his children, Jeremiah Humphrey and Amy Gose; grandchildren, Josh and Sarah Ward; and brother, Tim Humphrey.
