Susan McDaniel Bell, 77, passed away on Tuesday, October 20, 2026. A celebration of her life will be held on Friday, October 30, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Snow’s @ Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home with the Rev. Paul Dziadul officiating. Burial will be in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Jones County Animal Services, 1015 Monticello Highway, Gray GA 31032.
Susan was born in Macon, Georgia to the late Calvin Eric and Mary Lillian Pierce McDaniel. She was preceded in death by her son, Joseph M. Bell, III. Susan was a member of Glad Tidings Tabernacle Church and retired after 30 years of service at the Medical Center of Central Georgia in the Business Office. She was devoted to her family, animals and was an avid sports fan.
She is survived by her husband, Joseph Martin Bell, Jr. of Eatonton, daughter, Staci Morrow of Jones County, grandchildren, Madison Carver and Morgan T. Morrow, sister, Stephanie (Eddie) Calder of Jones County, sister-in-law, Sharon Lane, and her nieces, Cassy Lane and Teri Gallagher all of South Carolina.
Snow’s @ Macon Memorial Park has charge of the arrangements.
