Vivian Delores Clayton Land Ginder, age 85, of Gray, Georgia went to be with the Lord on September 28, 2022. The family will greet friends and relatives on Sunday, October 2, 2022 at Macon Memorial Park Chapel, 3969 Mercer University Dr. from 1:00 pm until service time. A Celebration of Life will begin at 2:00 pm in Macon Memorial Park Chapel with Pastor Paul Dziadul officiating.
Vivian was born on February 6, 1937 to the late Ruby Irene Clayton and Clarence Cecil Clayton in Cordele, GA. She attended Alders Gate United Methodist Church, Wesley United Methodist Church, and Bloomfield United Methodist Church.
Vivian retired from Robins Air Force Base in 1993 where she worked in Procurement. She was an avid participant in arts and crafts of all descriptions. She was an outgoing person all of her life. She loved water skiing, horseback riding, motorcycle riding, and flower gardening.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Noel David Ginder Jr.; and her sisters, Gloria Wyvonne Boggs and Normandy Carmalita Clayton.
She is survived by her son, Skip Land (Susan) of Gray, GA; grandsons, Scott Land (Katie) of Mulberry, Fl, Brian Land of Bluffton, SC; great grandsons, Jacob Riley Land, Greyson Hardy Land; brother, Clarence Cecil Clayton Jr. (Cookie) of Gray; numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Vivian request that her life be celebrated and not mourned as she was at peace with the Lord.
