Wallace Arnold

Arthur “Wallace” Arnold, Sr., 86, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, November 05, 2015. A Celebration of his Life will be held in the Chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home on Saturday, November 7, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. with Reverend Bobby Robinson officiating. Entombment will be in Macon Memorial Park Mausoleum. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Pine Pointe Hospice, 6261 Peake Road, Macon, Georgia 31210.

Mr. Arnold was born in Macon, Georgia to the late Arthur and Florence Arnold and was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Jean Smallwood Arnold. He served his country in the United States Navy. He was a member of Mabel White Baptist Church and the J.C. Johnson Sunday School Class. He was an avid golfer and loved to travel. He loved his family very much and was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather.

He is survived by his children, Wally (Sandra) Arnold of Lakeland, FL, Kirk (Ruth Ann) Arnold of Macon, GA, Kandra (Jeff) Evans of Macon, GA; grandchildren, Wally & Logan Arnold of Lakeland, FL, Kacie & Kristopher Arnold of Macon, GA, Jeffrey Evans of Macon, GA; brother-in-law/sister-in-law, Tommy & Merle Smallwood of Tifton, GA; sister-in-law, Tina Smallwood of Macon, GA.
