Wendy Leslie, 48, passed away on July 4, 2022 at 12:58AM. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, July 8, 2022 at 1:00PM in the chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Roberta City Cemetery. A Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 7 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home.
Wendy was born in Macon, Georgia on April 23, 1974. She was a medical transcriptionist and attended Roberta Evangelical Church. Wendy loved to dance and enjoyed singing and adult coloring books. She also loved to tell jokes and could make anyone laugh. She was a loving mother, daughter, sister and aunt. Wendy was preceded in death by her father, Daniel Eugene Leslie and her grandparents.
Survivors include her daughters, Carmen Sambulski (Brandon) and Karlie Wright; mother, Pam Clifton Leslie; sister, Brandi Leslie; brother, Blake Leslie (Chad); niece, Laurel Faye; Nephew, Kameron Gordon; special cousin, Traci Clifton; several aunts, uncles and cousins; and grand-pets, Jax and Monkey.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Red Cross or to the American Liver Foundation.
