I knew Bill when he lived in Reading Berkshire ,England before he moved to the USA. I was a schoolboy and loved to go to Bills place after school and at weekends. He was a collector of guns and military items and loved his military history.We  went on many trips to France to the D-Day battlefields Just a few of us in his van...First time in 1972 then again in 73. He was a great guy and I am devastated to learn of his passing. I found a Christmas card today but had lost his address so I put him into google and this news comes up. Last spoke on the phone some years ago but I am truly very upset by this news. Bill got me into the collecting and today my Son and daughter are in the business of "Militarytrader"on Ebay. My sincere thoughts go out to Bills Wife and boys,none of whom I met or knew but one thing I will say is that he was a truly great guy. I wish to express my condolences to the family of Mr. William Moss. I pray God's peace and comfort for the family.

I had the pleasure of meeting Bill through his lovely wife Manora,who open their home and heart with amazing meals and wonderful conversations. Know my thoughts and prays are with his family.

We were friends and neighbors of the Mosses in the 1980s and liked bill very much. We'd like to extend our condolences to Manora and the kids.

I will always have fond memories of you when you worked at MWA.  I will always cherish the items that you brought to me from your many travels.  Rest In Peace My Friend, Rest In Peace.

I new Bill from working with him at Macon Water in the 80's will be missed

I will miss our talks about history and the general state of the world over a few beers, Bill my friend. Go in peace, you were one of a kind.

Take comfort in knowing that now you have a special guardian angel to watch over you.

It's difficult to be so far away from the people you love, especially when one of them crosses over. Every day I knew Bill was a special day. Talking for hours over beers about his projects and stuff in general are the memories I will cherish forever. Another place in my heart is now filled by you, Bill.
