I just learned of George's passing today and wanted to share my deepest condolences to Lynne and her family. George certainly left a lasting impression at the New Jersey Labor Department! I pray that the love of Jesus surrounds you during this challenging time and that you find peace in the fact that George made a positive difference in the world.

So sorry to see Georges's obituary. He was a good man who made a substantial impact in his life. He was a primary reason over many years why the New Jersey Department of Labor enjoyed so much success and stability. He was, in a sense, the financial conscience of the Department. Some may not have liked the amount of control he had, but we know he always did what was right and necessary for the Department and its employees. Many sides to George that many others never saw such as father and grandfather, basketball official, crossword buff, etc. Lynne, we know you would have wanted him around for more time, but you can be proud of who he was and what he did with his life. Take care and may God bless you and your family. Bonnie Bishop and Scott Gordon
