Virginia Deantonio

Virginia was predeceased by her beloved husband, Henry and her brothers; Anthony, Mario, John and Joseph.

She is survived by her loving children, Joseph and his wife Beth and Jeanne Masi and her husband Victor, her cherished grandchildren; Joe, Monica, John, Christopher and Danielle and her 9 precious great-grandchildren.

Virginia worked for Uneeda Doll Company in Brooklyn where she designed clothes for dolls along with her “beloved sample hand, Thelma” who sewed them. Upon her retirement, she moved to Beach Haven West where she resided for over 30 years

She enjoyed Crocheting, sewing, spending time with her friends, meeting with her Bible group and knitting hats for newborns at Southern Ocean Medical Center.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, August 27, 2026, from 5:00pm-9:00pm at Thos L. Shinn Funeral Home, 10 Hilliard Dr., Manahawkin, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00am on Friday, August 28, 2026, at St. Mary’s Church, 747 W. Bay Avenue, Barnegat, NJ with entombment to follow at Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery, 400 Woolsey St., Hamilton Township.
