Betty Jean Rousseau

She was born one of 12 children to the late Augustine and Florence Philibert in Concord, NH. She grew up and graduated from Henniker High School, Class of 1947. She worked many years as a seamstress at various companies in Manchester, the last being E & R Laundry.

Betty enjoyed gardening, spending time with family and the good friends she made at her walking group.

She was predeceased by her husband of 52 years Alfred E. Rousseau in 2002, her son Michael A. Rousseau in 1997; and her brothers and sisters. Surviving are her two sons, Gary S. Rousseau of Manchester, and Mark D. Rousseau of Prescott, Arizona; a daughter, Lisa M. Lydon of Bedford; four grandchildren, Kenneth M. Rousseau and Amanda L. Rousseau both of Manchester, Justin P. Kenney of Hooksett, and Michael D. Rousseau of Prescott, Arizona; and four great-grandchildren.

There are no calling hours or services. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
