

Marlene (“MiMi”) Szewcyk Puglisi 83, of Ocala, Florida went to be with the Lord on Sunday April 19, 2026. She was born in Goffstown, N.H. on November 14, 1942, to the late Mary (Pasciak) Szewcyk and Charles Szewcyk. Marlene retired from G.T.E. Sylvania as a production supervisor with thirty-three years of service. After leaving the north she relocated to Ocala, Florida in 1998 to begin her journey of retirement. She was a member of the Holy Trinity National Cathedral for many years, where is also taught Sunday school for a short duration. She loved her family dearly, enjoyed golfing, music, dancing, gardening, traveling and home decorating.
Marlene is survived by her son Keith Puglisi and his fiancé Jessica Weiss, her daughter Kelli Wachenfeld, son-in-law Robert Wachenfeld, four beautiful grandchildren, Albert Puglisi, Victoria Puglisi, Trina Iverson and Nathan Iverson, brother Richard Szewcyk, of Stoughton, Mass. several nieces and nephews. Marlene was predeceased in death by her sister, Phyllis Szewcyk, sister Evelyn (Szewcyk) St. Cyr, brother Ronald Szewcyk, brother Robert Szewcyk, sister Eleanor (“ElIie”) Szewcyk, both parents and her former husband Albert Puglisi.
There will be a family gathering a McHugh funeral home on May 18 at 9:30am, a Catholic Mass at 11:00am at the Holy Trinity Cathedral in Manchester, N.H., and burial immediately following at Holy Trinity Polish National Catholic cemetery in Goffstown, N.H.
