Elaine shared a devoted 56-year marriage with her husband, Charles Jellison. Together they built a loving family, which was the center of her life. She is survived by her children, Courtney (Joe) Walsh and Andrew (Kristen) Jellison, and her cherished grandchildren: Will, Ethan, Whitney, Patsy, Virginia, Ashley and Courtney, all of whom brought her immense pride and joy.
Elaine lived an active and vibrant life. She was a long time member of Tedesco Country Club where she enjoyed the sport and the friendships she built there. In her earlier years, she was an avid tennis player, skier and gave it her best running the Bonnie Bell road race in Boston. She also had a deep appreciation for the arts, spending time throughout her life on needlepoint, painting and other creative pursuits.
She was known for her love of games and the friendships that came with them. Whether it was bridge, mahjong, cribbage or her daily Wordle, Elaine never missed a chance for fun, laughter, and connection.
Elaine had a keen eye for fashion and worked as a clothing buyer at Irresistables, where she remained dedicated through the end of her life. Her sense of style and passion for work left a lasting impression on all who knew her.
Elaine will be remembered for her kindness, her lively spirit and her deep love for family and friends. She will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
