Elena M. Bianco

She was a graduate of Marymount College in Tarrytown, NY and Fairfield University in CT. She was elementary school teacher in Peekskill, NY and in Lynn, MA until her retirement in 2006.

Elena is survived by her sister, Carol Renza and her husband Richard of Southbury, CT; her brother, Ralph Bianco of Scottsdale, AZ; and two nephews, David Renza of Southbury, CT, and Richard Renza Jr. of West Boynton, FL.

A funeral mass will be celebrated at Our Lady Star of the Sea Church, 85 Atlantic Avenue, Marblehead on Monday, June 6 at 10AM. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. Visiting hours will be held at the Eustis and Cornell Funeral Home, 142 Elm Street, Marblehead on Sunday from 3-6PM. Burial will be private in Assumption Cemetery, Peekskill, NY. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Elena’s memory to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, 44 Binney Street, Boston, MA 02115.
