Born in Seia, Portugal, she was the daughter of the late Jose and Maria da Luz Figueiredo Marques.
She was the mother of Joseph M. Martinho and his wife Judith of Boxford, Louisa Vakili-Johnson and her husband Elmo Johnson of Los Angeles, CA, and Connie Martinho of Ocala, FL. She was also the grandmother of Melissa Martinho, Joseph Martinho, Jr., Christopher Vakili, Daniel Vakili and Nicholas Cabral, and the great-grandmother of Stephanie and Katelyn Cabral.
A funeral Service will be held on Thursday at 11AM in the Eustis-Cornell Funeral Home 142 Elm Street, Marblehead. Visiting hours in the funeral home on Wednesday 5-8 PM. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Gardens, Ocala, FL at a later date.
