My sincere condolences to Joyce's family. I have many fond memories of Joyce. She enjoyed working with young children and she was my assistant at the Eveleth School in Marblehead beginning in 1986. Joyce was so kind and patient with the five year olds and helped them create many treasures. Joyce and I also enjoyed spending time together outside of school at the Wenham Tea House, Rockmore Floating Restaurant and Gas House Beach. Joyce was like a local grandmother to my daughter, Anna & she attended her school 'Grandparent' Days. This was so kind of Joyce because my parents lived in upstate NY.
