A Marblehead High School class of '63 graduate, she was actively involved in planning class reunions. Leslie was the office manager for many years at R.E. Moulton Insurance Agency and Kernwood Country Club.
She is survived by her husband Lewis "Rick" Palmer also of Swampscott, her son and daughter-in-law Greg and Joanna of Salem, her mother Winifred Long Cove, her brother Peter M. Cove and sister-in-law Lee Bowes of NY, NY, as well as several nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend a graveside ceremony at Harmony Grove Cemetery, 30 Grove St. in Salem on Monday, September 30 at 2pm. Contributions may be made in Leslie's name to either the American Heart Association at www.heart.org or the American Cancer Society at www.cancer.org.
