Lisanne A. Antonsson Clifford

Born in Goteborg, Sweden on November 25, 1964, she moved to Marblehead, MA when she was 4 years old. She graduated from Newman Preparatory School in Boston and attended Southern Vermont College in Bennington, VT. She married David Clifford on May 6, 1995 and they resided in Salem, MA. She was an avid volunteer at the Shaughnessy Rehabilitation Hospital in Salem, MA.

Lisanne will be best remembered for her poetry and artwork. She spent her time creating wonderfully colored pieces of art made from pottery, sea glass and other natural objects she would find on her walks on the beach. These works of art were displayed in galleries in Marblehead, Swampscott and Salem.

Lisanne is greatly loved by her family and friends. In return she loved her husband and family deeply. She possessed a warm sense of humor and brought laughter and light to all that knew her. The memory of her youthful spirit and kind heartedness will live on within all of us.

Lisanne was beautiful in spirit and now in soul. She is survived by her husband, David Clifford of Salem. Her parents, Carol and Robert Swift of Marblehead, and Hans Antonsson and Patricia Richardson of Groton, his parents Audrey and Jay Lynch of Puerto Rico (formerly of Marblehead), Stephen and Judy Clifford of Boston and by her sisters, Kristina Anton-Schnell and husband Richard Schnell of Beverly Farms, Kim Lenihan and husband Tom Lenihan of Swampscott, and Erika Antonsson of Allston and his brother Alexander and wife Marlene Clifford of Salem and his sister Marion Clifford of Boston. She is also leaves her beloved nephew and nieces, Kyle, Morgan and Anna.
