

Born in Roselle Park, NJ, she was the daughter of the late John and Mary (Sullivan) Anton.
The loving wife of the late William J. Pruyn, she is survived by her children William Pruyn and his wife Kathy, Barbara Wade and her husband Tom, Ann Marie Pruyn, Stephen Pruyn, and the late Marilyn Pruyn and Christopher J. Pruyn, ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Mary served as a Girl Scout and Cub Scout Leader for many years. A communicant of Our Lady Star of the Sea Church, Marblehead, she was an active member of the Bernadines with the Holy Name Church in West Roxbury. She was an avid gardener and a talented artist who loved to paint . Many of her weekends were spent sailing with Bill off the Marblehead coast on the Argonaut.
A Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM in the Eustis & Cornell Funeral Home 142 Elm Street, Marblehead, followed by a Funeral Mass in Our Lady, Star of the Sea Church Marblehead at Noon. Burial in Waterside Cemetery. Relatives and friends invited.
