To the family of Phyllis Tobin, I hope the memories of your amazing mom give you comfort at this time. I had the pleasure of working with this beautiful person many years ago at Devereux House. Nothing short of remarkable, she taught me patience and how to listen. Remarkable and high energy and she was so proud of her family and all they set out to accomplish in life
my condolences and peace to your entire family
