Sandra L. Johnson

She was born in Weymouth, MA to L. Wellington and Millicent Huddy. She lived a full and beautiful life centered around family, travel, and love. Her smile could light up a room and would bring joy to all those around her.

She was predeceased in 2012 by the love of her life, Robert, her devoted husband of nearly 52 years. We take comfort in knowing he is so happy to be reunited with her now.

After her children were grown, Sandy found joy in returning to the workforce. She worked as a secretary and later at a candy store, where she especially loved connecting with customers and sharing friendly conversation. Above all, she cherished her Sunday dinners, when the entire family would gather together.

Sandy is survived by her daughter Janet; sons Paul (Bonnie), Michael (Sabine) and Mark (Colleen); and her nine grandchildren: Devon Johnson, Camden Johnson, Nick Roth, Erika Haley (Austin), Chris Roth, Rob Johnson, Ashley Johnson, Amanda Grundy (Tyler) and Samantha Johnson. She was also a proud great-grandmother to Olivia Haley and Logan Grundy. Her time with Olivia brought her great joy in her last months with us. Sandy’s smile and laugh will be remembered by all who knew her.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
