the late Paul Guptill. Died Saturday, April 9th at the Salem Hospital
surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Lynn, she was the daughter of Joel and Claire (McDonald) Mitchell of Marblehead. After receiving her education in the Marblehead school system and JR. College, she started her career as a case worker for the greater Lynn mental health system.
Susan was a loving mother and will be missed by all who loved her. In addition to her parents, she is survived by two sons, Joel and Jesse, both of Peabody; her two brothers, John Mitchell and his wife Deborah of Milford, New Hampshire, and Stephen Mitchell and his wife Heather of Marblehead. Finally, her loving nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at the Eustis and Cornell Funeral Home, 142 Elm Street, Marblehead on Friday, April 15 at 11AM. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. Visitation will begin at 9AM.
