He was the proud and loving father of five daughters, Karen Greer (Edward Eyler); Janice Greer; Joyce Greer; Elizabeth Greer (Stanley Chin) and Christine (Gary) Collymore. His two brothers, Richard and Edward, and his two sisters, Winifred (Hayden) and Carol (Moorehouse), preceded him in death. A loving grandfather to Sylvia, Marguerite and Zoe Greer and Amelia and Spencer Collymore, he is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Born in Cambridge, he served in the US Navy during World War II and was a graduate of Harvard. He was a GE employee for over 30 years and a former resident of Vero Beach, FL; Huntington, NY; Erie, PA; and Phoenix, AZ.
