Dear Carol and family of Ginny, We offer condolences over the death of Ginny. She was a friend to us at church for over forty years. We had our regular pews close to one another and shared love during services. We had many conversations with Ginny about the marvelous volunteer services she performed at Salem Hospital; we had the good fortune to run into her a couple of times while she was there and observe her in action. Glad we had the pleasure of a few visits with Ginny during her stay at Lafayette Nursing Home. We will miss Ginny very much

Carol and Family

I am so sorry to hear about the passing of such a beautiful lady. Whenever I met her at Crosbys she always had a smile and we would share stories.
Carol...I love sharing the story of when we were very young and living on Jersey Street. We wanted to go to the Carnival down where the National Grand Bank is now and neither of our Moms could bring us. So we decided that we would tell your Mom that my Mom would take us and tell my Mom that your Mom would take us. We had a great time until we walked up the hill and they were waiting for us with arms crossed. Hope you remember.
I want you to know you are in my thoughts at this difficult time.

Fondly,
Alison Rodgers Murray

Carol I so sorry about your mother. Every time when I would visit my mother and it was early enough I stopped into the tv room and see her . As soon as she knew it was Margie Slattery ; she would give me a big hug and a kiss . She was so sweet to me . I will always think her and be glad that I had her in my life and you also . Take care and be safe Love Margie

Carol and Patty and the entire family
This is a beautiful picture of your Mom. I would like to share a wonderful memory that your Mom was so passionate about. She just loved going to the hospital and being with those babies. She often talked about how loving those babies made her feel. She was a participate in my exercise class at the COA and had many friends. May she rest in peace and may you all find peace and remember the fun times.
