She was born June 3, 1925, in Chicago, to George and Stephie Anhalt. On Jan. 5, 1943, she married Odean C. Klutts. In her earlier years she worked for Victor Corp. for 25 years. She was an avid bingo player, loved garage sales and her poodle "Pretty Girl."
She is survived by her son, Odean (Linda) Klutts Jr.; five grandchildren, Tina (Fred) Laatz, Troy (Chrissy) Klutts, Tammy Ellison, Tommy (Rebecca) Klutts and Ann Marie (James) Jennings; six great-grandchildren, Tim, Willie, Tyler, Triston, Pamela and Harley; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Odean Klutts Sr.; numerous brothers and sisters; and a daughter-in-law, Pamela Klutts.
The visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, March 17, at Marengo-Union Funeral Home, 505 E. Grant Highway, Marengo. The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 18, at the funeral home. Interment will be in Irving Park Cemetery.
