She was born February 6, 1955 in Chicago to Forrest and Eleanor Cook.
Donna spent most of her life in Des Plaines. She enjoyed crocheting and loved all animals.
Donna is survived by her husband, Frank Lusk; her brother, Alfred (Carol) Cook.
There will be a visitation from 4 to 6pm on Monday, May 19 at Marengo-Union Funeral Home, 505 E Grant Hwy, Marengo. There will be a service at 6pm.
Interment will be on Tuesday, May 20 at 11am at Union Ridge Cemetery in Chicago.
