I’m so very sorry for the Velasquez families loss! Lucy was always a fun person to be with and be around. She would walk into a room with a big smile on her face and start laughing didn’t have to be anything to be laughing about!
Lucy just loved to laugh. Lucy you will be missed by many! Rest easy girl🕊❤️

Lucy was always a lot of fun. I remember when we were about 17 she skillfully pierced my ears with a cube of ice and a potato in her garage. She left an impression in many ways.

Sending prayers and love to all who love and miss her.
