Mary Margaret Weishaar

She was born June 23, 1965 in Skokie to Donald and Shirley (Bartell) Weishaar.

Mary was affectionately known as "Aunt Mary" to many. She was an avid Cubs fan, loved Kevin Costner, never missed an airing of The Wizard of Oz, and was a Kennedy family historian. Mary worked for many years at DB Hess Company, where many of her coworkers became her friends. She would often pet and house sit for many friends. Mary had a heart of gold and always thought of others before herself even up to the end.

Mary is survived by her brothers, Matt Weishaar, Mark (Laura Sadler) Weishaar, and Michael Weishaar; nieces and nephew, Trevor, Shelby, Casey Weishaar; her Godson, Tanner Mortensen; her uncle, Dick Bartell; and her cousins, Barb Bartell Ceasario, Pam Bartell, and Rick Bartell, and Chris Linn.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8pm on Friday, March 11 at Zion Lutheran Church, 412 Jackson St, Marengo. Visitation will continue from 10am to 11am on Saturday, March 12 at the church. The service will follow at 11am.

Interment will be in Marengo City Cemetery.
