Richard James Perkins, 63, of Harvard, Illinois passed away on September 17, 2014. He was born January 3, 1951 in Melrose Park, Illinois to Robert and Eileen (Skagen) Perkins.
A memorial service will be at 11:00 am on Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 206 E. Front St. Harvard, Illinois. In lieu of flowers memorials may be given in his name to the church.
