Anna was a trusted colleague and mentor who became a great friend. My condolences to her wonderful family.

Anna was such a remarkable woman.  The compassion, caring and support she gave our family in dealing with a family member’s terminal illness will never be forgotten.  I hope it gives you some peace to know how many lives she touched. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dear Richard, my thoughts and prayers are with you as you and your family mourn the loss of Anna, whose glow, whose connection with the divine, will live on in all who were touched by it. 

My first experience with Anna was in 1999 when I opened my little shop on West Emerson.  She walked in my 400 sq foot store and  shopped  - I never bothered her allowing her to look and experience all I had to offer.  Later that week she wrote me a letter, saying how happy she was that she found me and how pleasant the surroundings were, (and that I didn’t bug her!).  For the next 19 years I smile when she walks in the shop and  always look forward to our conversations.  She was my Attorney, Customer and mostly my Friend.  I’m saddened that she will no longer be in our lives.  I’m so lucky to have known her.

We are most sorry to have learned of your wife's passing.  Anna touched the lives of so many throughout Melrose and beyond.  She was most thoughtful, compassionate and kind to all that met her.  She touched our family in a way that will never be forgotten.  Our hearts will always cherish her as a most uncommonly,  special person.

I am deeply honored and blessed to have known your mother. She was blessing in my life, and I will forever carry her in my heart. Please accept my heartfelt condolences on her passing.

I am so saddened to hear about Anna’s passing.  I feel fortunate to have known her.   She was strong, smart, and funny.   She helped so many (including us) navigate through a difficult topic to create documentation that would reflect our wishes and help make it easier for loved ones.   You will be missed Anna.   My deepest sympathy to Rich and family
