

Heather Leane Campagna, a beloved, hard-working, and humorous individual, passed away on August 4, 2025, at the age of 47. Heather was born on May 30, 1978, in Springfield, Massachusetts, to Arthur and Diane (King) Coons Jr., who have both predeceased her.
Heather dedicated over 20 years of her life to working in hospice and home care, most recently serving as a Business Office Coordinator at a Senior Living Facility. Her commitment to caring for others was a testament to her compassionate nature.
Heather was married to Kevin "Tony" Campagna and was a devoted mother to her daughters, Payton and Hailey. She is also survived by her sister-in-law, Christina Hooker, her sister, Cristin Rego, her aunt, Marie Montagna, her brother-in-law, Robert Scott Campagna, her mother-in-law, Carol Campagna, and her uncle, David Coons. Heather was a cherished aunt to her nephews, Austin Rego and James Rego. Heather loved her many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In her personal life, Heather was known for her avid love of bowling and was an active participant in a bowling league. She had a passion for Halloween, horror movies, and the Disney Haunted Mansion. Her love for black cats and dressing up as a clown to scare people was well-known among her friends and family. Heather was also a lover of cats and had a big heart for all species, embodying her role as a big animal lover.
A visitation for family only will be held at Kraeer Funeral Home and Cremation Center, located at 1 North State Road 7, Margate, FL 33063, on August 10, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. A public visitation will follow at the same location from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
A prayer service will be conducted at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Chapel, at 1500 S State Rd 7, North Lauderdale, FL 33068, on August 11, 2025, from 11:00 am to 11:30 am, followed by a committal service at the Mausoleum from 11:30 am.
Heather's vibrant spirit and generous heart will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
