A gathering of friends will begin at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 23, 2021, at Kraeer Funeral Home in Margate. Celebration of life services will begin at 2:30 with a reception to follow.
Jeanne was born in Algeria, North Africa, on December 29, 1926, to Paul Clamens and Margarette Garcia Clamons. She worked for many years as a homemaker caring for her family and running her own cleaning services on the side.
Mrs. Fernandez had a true passion for all music. Her favorite bands included almost every genre from Big Band to Pop and Dance. Her family was her life and she dedicated her life and every ounce of her love to them all.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Francois Fernandez; and their first born son, Yves Claude Fernandez. She is survived by her four children, Claudia Fernandez (Charles Baughman), Yves Fernandez (Jennifer Fernandez), Francine Fernandez, and Nancy Dixon (Andrew Dixon); eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
