Costa, Jesse James - He is survived by his wife Lisa, their children Nicolas and Liana, his stepfather Frank and mother Della, grandmother Dorothy, his brother Corey Balmer and his aunt Laura Wanser, predeceased by his brother Jason. A Visitation will take place on Monday November 12th and Tuesday November 13th from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm, with the Funeral Mass on Wednesday the 14th, 12 pm at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Church.
