

RAVO, Pat T., a former city manager of Yonkers, NY, and a former chief administrator at the Wynmoor community in Coconut Creek, FL, died Saturday, May 18th, at his home in Boca Raton, FL. He was 84 years old and was with his loving wife of 59 years, Milla-Antoinette, at the time of his death. A 1951 graduate of Florida State University, Ravo also attended the University of Maryland. Early in his career, he was the parks and recreation director in Long Branch, NJ., Henrico and Chesterfield counties in Virginia and Harford County, MD. "More than anything, he was a devoted family man," Milla-Antoinette said. Besides his wife, Ravo is survived by a son, Nick of Edmonds, WA, and his wife, Cynthia Leverich; a daughter, Lori Tinkler of Lighthouse Point, FL. and her husband, Steve Tinkler. He was preceded in death by a second daughter, Patricia Ann of Coral Springs, FL. He is also survived by two grandchildren, Carson and Ryan Tinkler; a brother, Ralph, of North Haledon, NJ.; and two sisters, Doris of North Haledon, and Terry of Wayne, NJ. A viewing will be held on Thursday, May 23, at the Kraeer Funeral Home in Margate, FL, at 11 am followed by a funeral service at the same location at 12 pm. Burial at the Municipal Cemetery in Boca Raton will be private.
