Well GG, the time has come. I write this knowing every word was heard through your own ears the last time we spoke. This family, like all, has had its ups and downs.. good, bad… ugly and beautiful.. but whenever I think of you and Grandpa, my memories bring me back to a much simpler time, a time when me and my sisters would play in your pool as children, eat Grandpas burnt hot dogs, run to the living room bursting with excitement to see which toy you got us, sticking to your plastic couch covers and always asking who the man and the lady were in the painting. A time of innocence, joy, and where I truly wish you are now, peace. It is the one place I can always run back to by just closing my eyes.. and I cherish those memories. Jackson and Stella will miss their “GG packages”, I will miss our long talks, talks that had us laughing, crying, shouting, venting frustrations, learning, and most importantly.. listening. So this time Grandma, it’s not talk soon, it is goodbye. Thank you for sharing this world with me, and giving me a chance to share it with my children. Now break out the golden bridge cards, and enjoy time with your eternal family, say hello to Grandpa, and keep and eye on me. I love you.

I’m so sad that you had passed, my beloved friend Patricia. You were always so kind and generous, and your unwavering compassion touched the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know you.
You had a way of making people feel seen, heard and valued, no matter the circumstances.
Your friendship was a gift beyond measure.
To me you were more than just a best friend; you were family. Your support was constant, your heart expansive and your spirit radiant.
Every holiday came with a unique card. You knew how much I loved your cards and the sentiments in them, and you chose the best. I have them all kept in a special place.
The world feels quieter without you. You have always been so happy and outgoing person. Always ready for the next gathering, the next lunch or dinner in your house with all the appropriate decorations. It was always a special treat for Jacob and myself to be invited to your holiday dinner.
We met learning the game of Mahjong together with Goldie. When finished the class, no one wanted to play with us, because we were not experienced enough, so we stayed with Goldie for a whole year, and then found our groups. We became great friends immediately and loved each other company.
I miss you so terribly. Rest in peace, my dear friend and sister. I will always love ❤️ you and hold you dear to my heart..
