He was born in Scranton, PA to Mary and Harold Nessler on August 5, 1942.
Bob went to school at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School in Queens Village, NY
He married Patricia Hansen on October 29th, 1966 in Church of the Incarnation, Queens Village. He worked as a Sales Manager for Dellwood Milk Co for 40 years in NYC.
Bob was a veteran and served in the US Army. He was involved in The Knights of Columbus, a loyal member of the St Anne’s council since he was 15 yrs old, The American Legion and The Moose Lodge.
Bob is preceded in death by his mother and father.
He is survived by Patricia, his wife of 58 yrs. His children Carolyn and Rob. Brother, Jack and Sister, Joan, and his Granddaughter, Elizabeth and many nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Coleman Catholic Church, located at 1200 S Federal Hwy, Pompano Beach, FL 33062, on July 23, 2025, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
A Graveside Service will take place at South Florida National Cemetery, situated at 6501 FL-7, Wellington, FL 33449, on July 24, 2025, from 9:30 am to 10:00 am.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Tunnels To Towers & Knights of Columbus.
