Santina Battaglia DiPalermo passed away peacefully on March 20th, 2025, with her two daughters by her side. She was born in Mezzojuso, Sicily to Pietro & Tomassa Battaglia on July 6th, 1939. Santina was one of 7 children who came to America where she would eventually meet the love of her life, Carmelo DiPalermo who proceeded her in death on April 15th, 2016. They married on August 2nd, 1970, bought a home in Florida, and had two girls and where she became a stay-at-home mom.
Santina was a selfless, caring and giving woman who devoted her life to her kids. She loved her family, cooking, entertaining and helping people no matter what was going on in her life.
She is survived by her 2 daughters Marisa Di Palermo & Cetta Boyd, her husband Brian and two granddaughters. Her siblings Francis Lagattuta and Sister Victoria and many nieces and nephews.
