Jacquelyn Elkins Clements

Jacquelyn “Jackie” Elkins Clements was born on January 19, 1951, in Atlanta, Georgia, to Margaret and Cecil Clements. With sadness, we share that Jackie departed this life peacefully on August 29, 2025, at the age of 74, in Marietta, Georgia.

Jackie was known for her strong willed personality, independent spirit and generosity. She could always be counted on by the people that she loved. She worked in the insurance industry for most of her life and took a great amount of pride in her work and the friendships she cultivated throughout her career. She also served as the President of the HOA at her Atlanta condominium residence for many years.

Jackie leaves behind her son, Brian Miller; daughter-in-law, Rebecca Miller;

three granddaughters, Kaitlyn, Ady Grace, and Charlotte; two great-grandchildren, Palmer and Caleb Jr.; and four siblings, Bruce, Sharon, Bill, and Phillip. She is also survived by two nephews and a niece, Eric, Nick, and Jessica.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 10 at 2:00 p.m. at Kennesaw Memorial Park at 1306 Whitlock Avenue, Marietta, Georgia, with Reverend Adrian Pleus as the officiant.
